**Your role**
- Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are you eager to understand and fulfill our clients’ needs? Do you enjoy actively developing banking products and the client journeys that go with them?
- We're looking for Product / Project Manager Mortgage Digitization to:
- work as a Product / Project Manager in an interdisciplinary environment together in a core team consisting of 4-8 members
- continuous conceptual development of front-to-back digital user journeys (e.g. online-self-service journeys) incl. implementation together with dedicated partners from IT
- collaborate with crew internal
- and external stakeholders from business, legal, compliance, finance, treasury etc.
- documenting, presenting and convincing internal stakeholders with regards to the planned products and journeys
- deeply understand the needs of private mortgage clients and anticipating emerging trends
- being part of a product management team that takes care of both change-the-bank (e.g. new products, journeys) and run-the-bank (e.g. reporting, stakeholder requests, etc.) topics

**Your team**
- We’re a skilled and motivated team focused on mortgage lending. We're responsible for the entire product process chain, from active selling to the client to the analysis of price and volume developments. We develop new products in close collaboration with IT, continuing to optimize them throughout their lifecycle. We work and organize ourselves in cross-functional agile teams based on flexible methods and models.

**Your expertise**
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- able to interact confidently and convincingly with colleagues across different seniority levels
- 3-5 years’ experience in project or product management, preferably with focus on digitization
- delivery of complex products to clients, ideally related to mortgages or lending in general
- a university degree, preferably with a focus on business administration or banking
- fluent in German and English (speaking and writing)
