- We’re looking for a Product Manager to:
- co-develop a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for our products, risk models, covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning)
- drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod
- ensure adherence to applicable regulations and internal policies, in particular the Governance of Models
- support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
- ensure the quality and compliance of the product

**Your team**
- Within in our agile operating model, you would be based in Zürich working within a crew focused on Mortgage Lending Models, helping us to meet regulatory as well as internal client needs. Within the Crew, you would be part of the Product Management Chapter that is the home of highly qualified product managers that work in multiple autonomous Pods to build best-in-class credit risk models. In particular, the two pods you will be working across focus on Swiss and International mortgage portfolios covering regulatory capital, stress testing and climate risk models.

**Your expertise**
- MSc degree or equivalent, ideally in a quantitative discipline
- at least two years of practical experience in credit risk or a similar field
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- analytical mindset to understand the business context and make the right decisions
- setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
