**Your mission**:
- Administrative and organizational support of the division management (e.g. appointment coordination and travel planning)
- Preparation and follow-up of internal and external appointments
- Management of internal formats, regular appointments and workshops (scheduling, appointment moderation, topic bundling)
- Internal contact and organizer for the management of cross-team processes and team events
- Responsibility for onboarding processes of new employees in close cooperation with the division management, the department heads and the HR department (e.g. preparation of onboarding plan, communication with the applicant, internal appointments, requirement request for authorizations and IT hardware)
- Supporting the teams within the department in office management (e.g. ordering office supplies, creating presentations, vacation planning)**Your profile**:
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. office management assistant, or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience within a comparable position
- Reliability and a high degree of commitment, independence and flexibility
- Strong service orientation, willingness to work and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (in German and English) and a confident approach to cross-hierarchical stakeholder management
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
