Business Development Manager
- Adapter les stratégies globales aux exigences spécifiques du marché local et des partenaires.
- Développer et maintenir une feuille de route complète pour les développements et les lancements.
- Agir comme interlocuteur central pour toutes les demandes stratégiques des clients.
- Organiser et diriger régulièrement des réunions avec les clients pour façonner le développement et gérer la croissance.
- Coordonner le plan d'activités pour le marché local et collaborer étroitement avec les partenaires et les parties prenantes internes.
- Mener des projets de recherche de marché pour obtenir des informations précieuses sur la performance et la satisfaction des clients, et transformer ces connaissances en recommandations exploitables.
- Identifier des opportunités de licences potentielles et des partenariats stratégiques à l'échelle mondiale.
- Négocier et gérer les contrats avec des partenaires potentiels, entretenir et développer les relations avec les partenaires existants et potentiels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor ou Master en administration des affaires, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 3-5 ans d'expérience en développement commercial et/ou gestion de comptes ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Compétences stratégiques et analytiques prononcées.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Mentalité de prestataire de services.
- Compréhension approfondie des besoins des clients et capacité à les mettre en œuvre de manière cohérente.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et compétence interculturelle.
- Très bonnes connaissances en allemand(C1) et en anglais (C1).
- Bonnes compétences informatiques.
