Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Exceptional Excel skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
  • Proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Previous experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the executive team with calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Organizing and participating in industry events and conferences
  • Managing office supplies and equipment procurement
  • Assisting with financial administration including budgeting and invoicing
  • Being the go-to contact for internal and external inquiries
