**Internship Dermatology R&D**

**YOUR PURPOSE**

You will support the Global R&D Category Director to identify and evaluate new opportunities for innovative consumer solutions in the Intimate Health space. You will help identify consumer needs, develop scientific insights and help initiate new innovation projects to help meet the growing demand in Intimate Health. You will work closely with Marketing (New Opportunities) and R&D (External Innovation and Partnering as well as Product Development functions).

**YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Partner with R&D Category, New Opportunities and Insights to understand the most critical consumer needs in the Intimate health space
- Develop and articulate key consumer and technical insights which lay the groundwork for technology and product solutions
- Working with relevant functions, including Medical and Regulatory, identify potential product solutions which may lead to new product developments (NPD)
- Help coordinate, plan and design an Innovation Sprint in Q2 to inform ideation, screening, selection and post-workshop follow up leading to tangible NPD(s), actively participating throughout the process
- Together with the Category Director develop and articulate a coherent technical strategy for the priority new area(s) for Intimate Health

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Undergraduate studying for a degree in a science/engineering/medicine discipline
- Passion for Consumer-inspired innovation
- Strong scientific and business acumen
- Self-starter and ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
