**Internship in Biologics Drug Product Development**:
Switzerland

**About the role**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated recent postgraduate in a pharmaceutical sciences-related field of science (e.g., biology, chemistry, biotechnology) with experience in drug delivery systems.
We offer a 6-8-month Internship in our Biologics Drug Product Development department in Basel (Switzerland), supporting a highly innovative project by screening and evaluating 4-5 different technology options of sustained delivery systems in the frame of an ongoing early-phase project for CAR-T (Chimeric Antigenic Receptor-T) cell therapy.
Preferred start date: asap
Duration: 6-8 months
Key responsibilities
- formulate and characterize novel polymeric drug delivery systems
- evaluate in-vitro drug release profiles, screening / head-to-head comparison
- work in close collaboration with experienced team members
- provide raw data, documentation and present results in project team meetings
- be involved in scientific discussions with multiple teams (e.g., analytics, biomedical research)
- propose input for the design of next experiments and composition optimization

**Role Requirements**

Essential requirements:

- Recent graduate in a related field (e.g., pharmaceutical sciences, biology, chemistry, biotechnology, etc.) with experience in drug delivery systems
- Good knowledge of English (oral and written)
- Good knowledge of laboratory and/or technical tools for biologic drug product development
- Interest in problem-solving and optimization strategies
