  • Support Business Development initiatives in devising strategies for new projects and markets.
  • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Oversee contract negotiations with clients and partners.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the executive team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.




A successful Commercial Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically.
