**In short**:
We are looking for a talented and strategic-minded individual to temporarily fill the Commercial Process & Project Lead role, starting May 1st. As the Commercial Process & Project Lead, you will lead our process improvement initiatives and oversee the successful delivery of key projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, enhance project management capabilities, and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

**Your Mission**:

- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the process and project management team. Set clear goals, expectations, and priorities. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Manage expectations and resolve conflicts as needed.
- Pipeline Management: Coordinate and manage the commercial project pipeline and prepare to present them to the quarterly increment planning.
- Capacity Management: Manage capacity within the Commercial project team to optimize efficiency and maximize productivity.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key organizational projects.
- Process Management: Oversee the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. Prepare and present project status reports, milestones, and deliverables of all commercial projects to the Cross-functional Program Management team.

**Your story**:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- You have worked for at least 6 years in project, process or program management
- You possess a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practice - Preferably, you are a certified project manager (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
- You have a strong understanding of process management and improvement methodologies and tools
- You can demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- You shine with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- You are proficient in project management tools and software, such as Asana
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus

**Your story**:
