- In this role you will be responsible for building up the global commercial marketing operations team across campaign operations, paid and social media activation, and regional commercial marketing. You will define and continuously improve process definition of campaign operation with Commercial Directors on brand as well as Marketing Directors within GCs. You will be responsible for all global campaign activation (deployment) activities within the HI business across all brands and group companies and to improve the performance of marketing activation and engagement communication in all channels.-
**Your tasks**
- Lead and motivate the overall global campaign deployment/execution in HI business (awareness to repurchase for B2B and B2C) and commercial activation team
- Accountable for the successful conceptualization and implementation of the global marketing campaign activities (product and services) and thereby in the lead to actively drive their performance across all channels (incl. definition of countermeasures if objectives are not reached)
- Drive direct and indirect contribution of marketing to revenue by continuously filling the lead pipeline and creating opportunities for the sales teams
- Master campaign complexity of multiple offerings (products and services), GCs, clusters, target segments and channels based on targeted lists for agreed messages and call to actions
- Main interface to Commercial & Campaign Leads within the brands and to Marketing Directors within group companies regarding marketing revenue contribution to the Sales Funnel on a global level
- Ensuring commercial planning frameworks and structure is set up that it will work for all regions, deployed through the commercial development managers for EULA and APAC
- On time delivery for successful global and local campaigns along all channels activation to ensure marketing increases business impact and GCs can deliver against commercial plan
- Identify winning activation and engagement strategies and best practices (internally and externally) and align with global brands to include into commercial plan and with GCs to include in local commercial plans
- Design and install continuous process to execute B2B and B2B2C campaigns in a continuous way and ensure to leverage well running campaigns across other markets (drive scalability and efficiency)
- Act as the single point of contact across HQ and predefined markets on all marketing campaign deployment and commercial activation activities
- Analyze and absorb GC marketing dynamics and requirements utilizing understanding to continuously evolve global B2B marketing strategy
- Act as a thought leader and change agent on activation and engagement and establish best-in-class processes and governance for global, regional, and local launch activities
- Design and implement global policies, e.g., SOPs and WIs to ensure process adhere and sustain global standardization
- Manage hiring, training, and career development for all international team members, providing senior management with regular action proposals and performance reports
- Manage the flow of global service requests (HQ/GC) and prioritize team workload

**Your profile**
- Master’s Degree in in Business, Marketing, Digital Technologies or similar relevant field
- 5+ years of leadership experience operating in a global role/on a global scale, preferably digital marketing strategy and operations, running large-scale projects and global activities
- Specific experience in marketing demand generation, account-based marketing, sales funnel management
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools with a passion for digital marketing and new technologies
- Commercial acumen and an ability to identify new opportunities and trends
- Strong business acumen, including knowledge of B2B, B2C(2B) & B2B2C industries
- Attention to detail and high level of quality control
- Developing strong stakeholder relationships and managing project from concept to implementation and analysis
- Ability to liaise (internal and external) cross-functional and cross-cultural teams within multiple locations
