En tant que Meetings and Events Coordiator, vous serez en charge de la planification, de l'organisation et de la coordination de divers événements, qu'il s'agisse de conférences, séminaires, mariages ou d'événements d'entreprise.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et vous assurer que chaque détail est parfait, tout en collaborant avec nos équipes internes pour garantir un service exceptionnel.
Missions Principales : 1.
Commercialisation : Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de commercialisation pour les espaces séminaires et banquets.
Promouvoir notre service traiteur auprès de clients potentiels et existants.

Gestion des Dossiers : Qualifier les demandes des clients et élaborer des offres personnalisées.
Effectuer des relances régulières pour maximiser les opportunités de vente.
Éditer des contrats en conformité avec les standards du groupe.
Assurer une communication fluide avec les départements opérationnels pour garantir la satisfaction des clients.
Suivre les événements avant et après leur réalisation, en veillant à la bonne exécution des prestations.
Gérer le processus de facturation lié aux événements.

Collaboration : Collaborer étroitement avec le bureau des ventes externes pour optimiser les performances commerciales.
Participer à des réunions régulières pour échanger sur les opportunités et les résultats.

Suivi Administratif : Gérer les tâches administratives liées à la fonction, en assurant un bon suivi des dossiers et des statistiques de vente.
Vous êtes la personne qui nous correspond si vous possédez les prérequis suivants: • Expérience préalable à un poste similaire, • Expérience en hôtellerie 4 ou 5 étoiles, • Dynamique, rigoureux(se), orienté(e) vente, • Français et anglais courant, allemand un plus, • Bonne connaissance en informatique (MS Office, Opera…), • Flexible et disponible.
