The Job
We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you'll be responsible for driving growth and revenue by identifying, pursuing, and qualifying new business opportunities in the B2B SaaS space. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute customized sales strategies that meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Your Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and outreach efforts
- Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in targeted industries
- Qualify leads and opportunities through discovery calls, demos, and trials
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success and growth

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or a related customer-facing role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS solutions and AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and other stakeholders
