Sales Business Development Professional

We are seeking a talented Sales Business Development Professional to join our Swiss team at State Street Global Advisors. As a key member of our intermediary sales team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and meeting key business objectives through the development and execution of strategic sales plans.
This role requires a high level of commercial acumen, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with financial intermediaries, including asset managers, wealth managers, and private banks. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Swiss financial landscape and be able to navigate complex market dynamics effectively.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in asset management sales, with a focus on intermediary clients. Fluency in Swiss-German and English is required, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop tailored sales strategies that meet the needs of our clients. A strong client-centric approach, combined with a collaborative mindset and adaptability, are essential qualities for this role.
