Job Description

This 8-month fixed-term contract opportunity as an Agile Marketing Strategist at Groupe L'OCCITANE's Headquarters in Plan-Les-Ouates (Geneva) requires a motivated Senior 360° Communication Manager (CDD).

You will be part of an agile cross-functional team called the Face Care Squad, responsible for developing and elevating the Face Care product offer and 360° campaigns for an omnichannel strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to define & develop face care strategies using a 360° and consumer-centric approach across all channels to strengthen brand presence and image.
  • Lead the development of 360° communication campaigns by participating in briefings, production, and delivery of assets, ensuring alignment and consistency across touchpoints.
  • Manage relationships with internal departments or agencies, overseeing project timelines and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
  • Be in charge of comprehensive 360° toolboxes for campaigns and activations to maintain brand consistency.
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights based on qualitative and quantitative data to optimize initiatives.
  • Support the team in improving existing tools & ways of working (agile).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in communication or operational marketing, ideally as a project leader with a brand or local market.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Expertise in MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint focus).
  • Deep understanding of online marketing strategies, concepts, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, thriving in a team environment.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a proactive attitude under tight deadlines.
