Role Overview

Benetics is a pioneering company dedicated to revolutionizing the construction industry through innovative software solutions. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with construction contractors who can benefit from our software solution.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers and drive the entire sales cycle, including closing.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful deployment and long-term satisfaction of our customers.
  • Grow your territory/vertical and scale the adoption of our SaaS platform.
Requirements
  • Strong pipeline generation skills, comfortable cold calling, and drafting compelling outbound messaging in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native German language skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the construction space, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • A customer-first mentality—building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted customer advisor.
