About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our infrastructure sales efforts in the DACH region. As a seasoned sales expert, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and establishing strong relationships with institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region, leveraging your extensive network and industry expertise.
  • Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Product Representation: Represent our diverse set of investment products to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Market Coverage: Proactively develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the DACH region.
Requirements
  • Professional Background: 4-8 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with a strong sales background and a proven track record of success in the DACH region.
  • Education: University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Languages: Proficient in English and German, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of €100,000 - €150,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as flexible working hours, international travel opportunities, and a motivating work environment.
