Real Estate Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Content Expert to support the capital raising and marketing efforts related to Partners Group's Real Estate platform.
The successful candidate will develop the full spectrum of editorial content and marketing collateral, including pitchbooks, teasers, private placement memoranda (PPM), due diligence questionnaires (DDQ), and request for proposal (RFP) responses, client reports, investor letters, multimedia, product update presentations, and broader educational material for the asset class.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze portfolio developments, crafting language for marketing material, portfolio reports, and other collateral in support of capital raising activity.
- Prepare, optimize, and publish digital content for multiple online channels and targeted campaigns.
- Pitchbook updates and population of update presentation templates.
- Prepare compelling content for client publications and events, including Academies, investor calls, due diligence days, and more.
- Oversee and respond to client requests for real estate focused investment programs.
- Take responsibility for projects to support team development and growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the financial industry: investment banking, financial advisory, management consulting, or experience in the investment management industry.
- Strong academic credentials with a post-secondary degree, ideally in a business field.
- Excellent ability with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with a strong foundation of project management skills.
- Strong writing skills, flawless command of written English, and a solid understanding of the financial industry/private markets.
- Ability to work within a matrix organization with numerous stakeholders and a global team.
