Altoo was founded in 2017 with the mission to create ‘simplicity for complex wealth.’

The Altoo Wealth Platform consolidates all assets held with banks and combines them with non-bankable assets such as real estate, private equity, or an art collection empowering wealthy private individuals to keep track and control over their total wealth in a simple and intuitive way.

The Altoo Wealth Platform has been created by a team of highly skilled software engineers, experts in digital customer experience, together with experienced wealth management specialists, in-house at our office in Zug and is hosted in Switzerland.

We are dedicated to creating new business opportunities by working closely with our clients and their advisors and combining our extensive market knowledge with technical excellence to create innovation in this business sector.

**Experienced Sales Person (M/F/d 100%)**:
Altoo is looking for an experienced **Sales Person** to join our growing team in Zug. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth from our target client segment of UHNW individuals and Family Offices by generating leads, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential customers through various sources, including online, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our software solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- A dedicated “hunter attitude” with a proven track record of sales and acquisition activity within our target client segments.
- Hands-on experience of interaction and negotiation with wealthy individuals, their advisors, and the financial institutions they are working with.
- A current active network within the Swiss, European and/or Asian wealth management markets will be a distinct advantage.
- Motivation to open new doors with a natural drive to generate new opportunities.
- A desire to adapt and take ownership within a fast-moving environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent networking capabilities.
- Proficiency in English. Additional language skills are desired to represent Altoo globally.
