Job Title: Brand Account Manager Gastroenterology Region Ost und Nordostschweiz

Your duties involve providing top-notch care to gastroenterologists in the assigned area. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You excel at negotiating at various levels and establishing a network of key decision makers and thought leaders. Your strategic mindset and sales expertise enable you to quickly identify customer needs, guide them to suitable solutions, and achieve their goals. Our company views sales as a service to customers, which includes ongoing education and conferences. You will be responsible for organizing high-quality events, regularly attending local training sessions, and taking independent, focused, and result-driven actions to achieve success.

Qualifications:

  • You should have a medical, paramedical, or scientific education.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales is a must, and having a network in gastroenterology is a plus.
  • A background in key account management, particularly in both practice and hospital sectors, is an advantage.
  • You should possess negotiation skills, a proactive and team-oriented personality, and be willing to go the extra mile for our customers and patients.
  • A high degree of flexibility and analytical skills complements your profile.
  • Excellent German and English skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required, and we value a candidate who embraces new technologies and tools.
