ETHICON &CSS is looking for an intern in the Commercial Operations, located in Zug/Switzerland, for a six months contract.
The Comm Ops team develops and deploys strategies with the respective ETHICON Divisions Organization. This includes ETHICON & ETHICON ENDO SURGERY. The team supports Field Sales Consultant in to achieve growth. This role is the liaison between the team that supports Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain relative to end-to-end efficient order/purchase order management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy strategies in collaboration with Field Sales Consultant to recommend sales growth objectives through ensuring that field assets are deployed to the appropriate targets.
- Recommend strategy for deploying new assets, exchanging expiring equipment, and providing valuable sales data to optimize inventory.
- Assist in support of New Product Introduction (NPI) launches and new set deployments to field sales.
- Provide support to Field Sales Consultant; learn sales systems that drive efficiencies in the end-to-end sales process.
Support Incentive Compensation projects and analysis
**Qualifications**:
- Master Degree / MBA
- Analytical skills
- Diplomatic and amiable written communication skills
- Ability to make effective oral and written presentations
- Adaptable to varying tasks based on team needs
- Ability to work with varying stakeholders to execute day-to-day tasks
- Must be able to work full time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday) for a six-month duration
- Responsible for transportation between home and work office location
