Fusion Consulting is looking for a Business Development & Pre-Sales Consultant who will be a key member of the sales team. This role is responsible for providing technical expertise and supporting the sales process from initial engagement through to contract negotiation. The position involves working closely with potential clients to understand their needs, demonstrating how our solutions can meet those needs, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services, and leading the development of proposals.

**What you will be doing**:
**Client Engagement**:

- Collaborate with the sales & business development team to engage with prospective clients and understand their business challenges and requirements.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify client pain points and align our solutions to address these issues.

**Solution Presentation**:

- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that highlight the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Customize presentations and demonstrations to match the specific needs and scenarios of each potential client.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and technologies.
- Provide detailed technical information and support during the sales process, addressing client queries and concerns.

**Proposal Development**:

- Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals and RFP responses that are tailored to the client's requirements, ensuring all proposals are compelling, accurate, and complete.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure the proposal's accuracy and completeness.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and coordination.

**Market and Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.

**Sales Support**:

- Provide ongoing support to the sales team, including participating in meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on client interactions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools.

**What we are looking for**:
**Experience**:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Business Development and Pre-Sales, technical sales, or consulting role, preferably in the technology or software industry.

**Technical Skills**:
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in SAP ECC, S/4, BTP, and other products. Proficiency in using CRM and presentation tools.

**Communication Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences.

**Analytical Skills**:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform needs analysis and propose appropriate solutions.

**Interpersonal Skills**:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Travel**:
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
