Corporate Financing Expert

In the Fund Financing team at Partners Group in London or Zug, you will play a key role in developing financing solutions for investment structures and funds. This includes subscription-backed credit facilities, NAV facilities, bespoke investment-specific financing solutions, credit facilities for evergreen investment structures, and letters of credit implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior colleagues with structuring and negotiating new financings across different products and asset classes.
- Maintain existing credit facilities in conjunction with senior colleagues and portfolio managers, including managing amendments to existing facilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, agency teams, law firms, and peers.
- Collaborate with senior team members on day-to-day information requests.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
We are looking for professionals with:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in banking, finance, law, or accounting.
- 1-3 years of experience in fund financing and/or capital markets in leading banks, asset management firms, or law firms.
- Strong analytical capabilities, as investing in private markets requires quick learning and mastery of new skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, as our business language is English; additional languages are highly valued.
- A strong work ethic, professional demeanor, project management skills, and ability to work under pressure.
