About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Treasury Manager to join our team at Partners Group. As a Senior Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for owning, developing, and supervising complex corporate treasury projects such as cash pool development and implementation, payment centralization, and group-wide FX exposure analysis. You will also oversee the application of best practices for cash management, including the optimization of cash flows, intercompany funding across multiple entities and currencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop complex corporate treasury projects to support the company's financial objectives and liquidity requirements.
  • Oversee the application of best practices for cash management, including the optimization of cash flows, intercompany funding, and FX exposure analysis.
  • Develop and implement processes to drive continuous improvement and shape the Treasury function.
  • Contribute to the identification and management of risks, working independently or jointly with Treasury Controlling, Risk Management, and the Balance Sheet Portfolio Manager.
  • Work with minimum supervision, reviewing data, reports, and in-house Treasury tools to ensure output reflects risks.
  • Act as a counterpart to external stakeholders, including financial institutions, and internal departments on Treasury topics.
  • Support the Group Treasury Team, Group Controlling, and Accounting teams with complex requests and information.

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of work experience in Finance, Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Banking, preferably in a team lead role in an international environment.
  • Proven track record of working across multiple teams, with a quantitative and analytical mindset, and a very accurate working style.
  • Commitment to flexibility, with the ability to cope with a steep learning curve, and work independently with limited supervision.
  • Sound understanding of financial statements, and the ability to grasp business processes and related financial implications quickly and thoroughly.
  • Fluency in English, with sound knowledge of German being a distinctive advantage.
  • Master's Degree in Finance or similar education, with work experience in SAP, BI reporting, and Treasury applications being beneficial.
