Account Manager for Additive Manufacturing Sales

Spectroplast AG is a pioneering company in the field of additive manufacturing, and we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales and Account Management team.
Compensation PackageThe estimated salary for this position ranges between CHF 80,000 - CHF 100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including five weeks of vacation, participation or takeover of company telephone, corporate laptop, and free coffee.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a technical and dynamic individual who can help us implement our sales strategy and identify further market potential. The ideal candidate will have up to two years of experience in external or internal sales and possess strong social, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Successful implementation of the sales strategy and identification of further market potential
- Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships and advising customers
- Acquiring new customers in a dedicated customer sector
- Preparing quotations, processing, and monitoring orders
- Cooperation with the development and production departments and other experts
- Systematic offer and project tracking as well as lead processing
- Organization, participation, and planning of trade fairs, events, and meetings
- Technical training such as mechanical engineering, polymechanic, automation technician, or similar training in a technical field (Must Have)
- Ideally you have up to two years of experience in external or internal sales
- High level of self-motivation and independence as well as good self-management and time-management skills
- Very high level of commitment, team player, and customer focus, combined with a competent, confident manner, advisory, and negotiating skills
- Strong social, organizational, and communication skills
- Quick comprehension skills combined with a high willingness to learn
- German as a native language with business fluent English verbal and written (Must Have)
- Willingness to travel of approx. 10-20%
