Job Description

Spectroplast AG is a pioneering company in the field of additive manufacturing, and we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales and Account Management team.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technical individual who can successfully implement sales strategies, establish long-term customer relationships, and acquire new customers in a dedicated sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, and have a good understanding of the additive manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement sales strategies to identify further market potential
  • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships and advise customers
  • Acquire new customers in a dedicated customer sector
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and monitor customer interactions
  • Cooperate with development and production departments and other experts
  • Track and manage offers and projects, as well as leads
  • Organize, participate in, and plan trade fairs, events, and meetings
Requirements
  • A technical degree such as mechanical engineering, polymechanic, or automation technician, or similar training in a technical field (must-have)
  • Ideal experience of up to two years in external or internal sales
  • High level of self-motivation and independence, as well as good time-management skills
  • Strong commitment, teamwork, and customer focus, combined with advisory and negotiating skills
  • Excellent social, organizational, and communication skills
  • Quick comprehension skills combined with a high willingness to learn
  • Native-level German and business-level English verbal and written (must-have)
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-20%

Compensation and Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is between CHF 80,000 - CHF 110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
