Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Financial Institutions Coverage Team in Switzerland, reporting to the local Zurich office Manager and functionally to the Head of FI EMEA.
  • Develop and execute a commercial plan to drive growth and improve business performance.
  • Manage a team of professionals in close relation with hierarchical and functional reporting lines.
  • Be responsible for PAM and LAM for Swiss clients, including 1st line of defence responsibilities.
  • Ensure the business operates with an acceptable risk tolerance and adheres to regulatory parameters.
  • Develop and coordinate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of collaboration, client focus, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the overall business and people strategy and ING business principles.
Your Profile:
  • Hands-on leader with strong commercial drive and ability to manage results-driven sales teams.
  • Self-starter with a disciplined approach and result-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of Financial Institutions and a vision on the sub-sectors.
  • Good credit experience and knowledge of TS, FM, and advisory products relevant to the FI client base.
  • Highly collaborative personality with strong team player skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, ING teams, and senior management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Relevant KYC and compliance knowledge and experience.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
