About the Role

Osmii is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team in Switzerland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and leading a team of sales professionals, and developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy that targets new business opportunities and expands existing relationships with key clients.
  • Lead and Manage the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team that is equipped to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and Execute Key Account Management Strategy: Establish and execute a key account management strategy that focuses on building strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coach and Mentor Sales Professionals: Provide coaching and mentoring to sales professionals to help them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships with Key Clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C-suite executives and other decision-makers.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong Business Acumen: A deep understanding of the sales process, as well as the ability to analyze business data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with sales professionals, clients, and other stakeholders, as well as build strong relationships with key clients.
  • Strategic Thinker: The ability to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives sales growth.
