Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our global sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers in designated markets
  • Regular international business travel (20% of working time), as well as participation in key trade shows and events
  • Analyze sales reports and sales forecasts
  • Take responsibility for a growing market in a central role
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key customers
  • Build and maintain a network of foreign companies and agents
  • Lead and motivate the team at our headquarters in Zurich
  • Directly report to the CEO/Owner

Requirements

  • Technical foundation in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field, and a higher technical education (HF/FH)
  • Extensive practical experience in technical sales
  • Well-developed strategic and conceptual skills combined with entrepreneurial thinking and action, goal orientation, and assertiveness
  • Experience in leading and managing sales and marketing teams
  • Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, fluent in German and English, with additional languages being an asset
