About the Role

As Co-Head of Performance Marketing at Webrepublic AG, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our Performance Marketing Unit. You will lead and inspire a dynamic team of around 70 employees, driving the continued growth and success of our service unit.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operational, personnel, and financial responsibility for the Performance Marketing Unit
  • Strategic development of the unit in the areas of Performance Marketing
  • Leading a team of team managers and subject-matter experts
  • Thinking entrepreneurially and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
  • Representing the unit and the topic of Performance Marketing externally at conferences and industry events
  • Improving and optimizing processes and working methods to achieve high service quality for clients and employee well-being
  • Managing cross-unit projects in interdisciplinary teams and ensuring cross-functional collaboration
  • Supporting and liaising with team managers on people-related topics, development opportunities, and HR-related issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, familiar with tools and ad managers such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and Meta
  • Leadership experience, having led teams or managed large client projects, particularly in retail and e-commerce
  • Familiarity with other Performance Marketing disciplines and confidence in client interactions, with strong negotiating skills in complex contractual discussions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, decisiveness, and ability to comprehend complex situations to derive relevant strategies
  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar field, and fluency in both German and English
