Senior Operations Executive

Luminary Group is partnering with a leading Life Sciences company to deliver innovative Real World Evidence (RWE) solutions. As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our RWE projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and project managers to develop project plans, assign tasks, and establish project milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
  • Overseeing data management activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with project scope and objectives.
  • Managing vendor relationships and evaluating vendor performance to ensure quality deliverables and cost effectiveness.
  • Providing regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients, executive leadership, and internal teams.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Business Administration; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the Life Sciences or Healthcare industry.
  • Prior experience in managing RWE or RWD projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
