The Healthcare Businesswomen's Association is seeking a Ground Operations Administrator to support the Flight Department in its interactions with external service providers.
This role involves assisting in operational activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting effective communication among teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the supervisor in overseeing vendor performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate communication between the flight crew, internal departments, and external service providers.
- Collaborate with booking agents to process flight requests efficiently.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination among departments.
- Facilitate administrative tasks, including invoice management according to P2P processes.
- Support the supervisor in managing monthly costs and promoting resource optimization.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant experience in aviation operations planning and ground operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
