Jet Aviation in Basel is seeking a talented ERP IT Solution Analyst to enhance the IT applications for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul), Completion (Design, Production, Installation), and Supply Chain Management (SCM). This is your opportunity to drive meaningful change in aviation, inspire others, and play a pivotal role in transforming our operations

Your Role
  • Support & Coordination: Execute 2nd level support and manage 3rd level activities for seamless IT operations
  • Process Design: Collaborate with business SMEs to define future business processes using industry best practices
  • Change Management: Drive and implement changes and small to medium-sized projects
  • Documentation: Prepare specifications, work instructions, training materials, and other technical documents
  • System Configuration: Perform system configurations, testing, and train key users to ensure effective system use
  • Collaboration & Inspiration: Work with IT divisions, internal customers, and external service providers to foster innovation. Inspire team members by providing guidance and support

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field

Solid background in SAP-based projects, with a focus on logistics modules (MM, SD, PS, PM, PP)

Strong understanding of the integration between logistics and FI/CO modules

Excellent communication and process-oriented thinking, with the ability to document effectively in English

Ability to perform system configuration tasks autonomously and with precision
