Jet Aviation in Basel is seeking a talented ERP IT Solution Analyst to enhance the IT applications for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul), Completion (Design, Production, Installation), and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Your Role- Support & Coordination: Execute 2nd level support and manage 3rd level activities for seamless IT operations
- Process Design: Collaborate with business SMEs to define future business processes using industry best practices
- Change Management: Drive and implement changes and small to medium-sized projects
- Documentation: Prepare specifications, work instructions, training materials, and other technical documents
- System Configuration: Perform system configurations, testing, and train key users to ensure effective system use
