Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Department in the Reviews & QC Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough reviews of key clients from an anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CTF) perspective
  • Performing enhanced due diligence analyses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Drafting formal compliance assessments and reports
  • Providing expert advice and support to the front office and management teams

Depending on the level of seniority, additional responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting the team in optimizing internal processes and procedures
  • Serving as a key point of contact for complex compliance matters

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, International Relations, or a related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in financial services compliance, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent command of English and French, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Strong analytical and methodological skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a multicultural environment
