Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Card Management Officer to join our Middle-Office department. As a key member of our Card Management team, you will be responsible for managing and leveraging our partnerships with MasterCard, Wordline, Marqeta, and IDEMIA. Your main tasks will include:

  • Managing the entire stack of partners and card solutions, participating in workshops, and being the first point of contact
  • Delivering and implementing high standards and practices to ensure PCI-DSS, auditability, and compliance
  • Managing the full life cycle of cards, from issuance to termination, in support of the entire organization
  • Driving and supporting automation in our internal tools for card management activities
  • Monitoring the performance of services, invoices, and support migrations initiated by partners

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a banking operations department, with a strong background in card management
  • Good knowledge of Visa and MasterCard guidelines, dispute rules, and regulations
  • Fluency in French and excellent command of English
  • Stress resistance, good learning capacity, and ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities
  • Good communication skills, reliability, and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (Excel, Word) and interest in technical tools
