Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Card Management Officer to join our Middle-Office department. As a key member of our Card Management team, you will be responsible for managing our entire stack of partners and card solutions, including MasterCard, Wordline, Marqeta, and IDEMIA.
Your main tasks will include:
- Managing and leveraging our partner relationships to deliver high standards and practices, ensuring PCI-DSS and auditability.
- Implementing and maintaining our card management processes, from issuance to termination, in support of our organization.
- Driving automation in our internal tools for card management activities.
- Monitoring the performance of our services, invoices, and support migrations initiated by our partners.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a banking operations department, with a focus on card management.
- Strong knowledge of Visa and MasterCard guidelines, dispute rules, and regulations.
- Fluency in French and excellent English communication skills.
- Stress resistance, good learning capacity, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.
- Good communication, reliability, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and interest in technical tools.
