Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Card Management Officer to join our Middle-Office department. As a key member of our Card Management team, you will be responsible for managing and leveraging our partner relationships, ensuring high standards of security and compliance, and driving automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our partner relationships with MasterCard, Wordline, Marqeta, and IDEMIA, participating in workshops and regular meetings to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Implement and maintain high standards of security, auditability, and compliance, adhering to PCI-DSS and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the entire card life cycle, from issuance to termination, supporting the organization with case investigation, process improvement, chargebacks, and dispute claims.
- Drive automation initiatives in our internal tools for card management activities.
- Monitor the performance of our services, invoices, and support migrations initiated by our partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a banking operations department, with a strong background in card management.
- Excellent knowledge of Visa and MasterCard guidelines, dispute rules, and regulations.
- Fluency in French and excellent command of English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under stress.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, communication skills, and capacity to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (Excel, Word) and interest in technical tools.
