Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing top-notch marketing campaigns to promote our financial services worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a high-class brand strategy with ambitious international expansion plans
  • Master our financial services, products, and markets to improve our marketing mix
  • Understand our target audience and competition dynamics to formulate powerful insights
  • Partner with our marketing leadership to craft and build full-year brand plans
  • Brief agencies to do their best strategic, creative, and media work
  • Implement full-stack marketing plans and campaigns, including TV, OOH, print, audio, and digital
  • Partner with our in-house creative agency to craft engaging landing pages and emails
  • Provide campaign reporting to management and key business stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a brand/product management position with a proven track record of developing and launching integrated marketing plans
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English/French
  • Experience in working with external creative and media agencies
  • Ability to think strategically, create, and implement marketing plans/brand briefs
  • Strong project, budget management, and problem-solving skills
  • Develop business acumen and create management-level presentations
  • Ability to learn on the go and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
  • Passionate about all things marketing, fintech, and financial markets
  • High energy, hard-working team player with a customer focus
  • Team player with excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Education to bachelor/master's degree level
