Marketing and Communications Specialist

Nagi Bioscience is a pioneering startup in the life science instrumentation field, headquartered in the EPFL Innovation Park in Saint-Sulpice, Switzerland. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to a new era of biological testing, where scalability, efficiency, sustainability, and ethics converge.
We are developing innovative laboratory devices, such as SydLabTM One, which enables the discovery and testing of new drugs and chemicals using C. elegans nematodes instead of traditional animal tests. Our recent financing round and ambitious growth plans have created opportunities for talented individuals to join our team and contribute to our groundbreaking journey.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing and Communications professional to assist in the implementation of various marketing activities, campaigns, and projects to drive brand awareness, engagement, top-funnel acquisition, and overall business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, web, and other digital platforms.
- Support in creating and editing marketing materials, ensuring the application of brand guidelines, including presentations, blog posts, and other content.
- Help manage and grow social media accounts, including content creation and engagement.
- Assist in organizing conferences, trade shows, and online events, such as webinars.
- Monitor trends in digital and social media to propose new approaches and stay ahead of the competition.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including coordinating meetings and managing project timelines.
- Currently pursuing a degree or master's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Strong interest in marketing, digital marketing, and social media.
- Strong interest in the life science field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and SEO.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with content creation or graphic design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
