Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented marketer to join our team as a Brand Marketing Specialist. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and rolling out top-notch marketing campaigns to promote Swissquote's financial services worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a high-class brand strategy with ambitious international expansion plans.
  • Master Swissquote's financial services, products, and markets to improve the marketing mix.
  • Understand the target audience and competition dynamics to formulate powerful insights.
  • Partner with the marketing leadership to craft and build full-year brand plans.
  • Brief agencies to do their best strategic, creative, and media work.
  • Implement full-stack marketing plans and campaigns, including TV, OOH, print, audio, and digital.
  • Partner with the in-house creative agency to craft engaging landing pages and emails.
  • Provide campaign reporting to management and key business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a brand/product management position with a proven track record of developing and launching integrated marketing plans.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English/French.
  • Experience in working with external creative and media agencies.
  • Ability to think strategically, create, and implement marketing plans/brand briefs.
  • Strong project, budget management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop business acumen and create management-level presentations.
  • Ability to learn on the go and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Passionate about all things marketing, fintech, and financial markets.
  • High energy, hard-working team player with a customer focus.
  • Team player with excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • Education to bachelor/master's degree level.
