Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing top-notch marketing campaigns to promote our financial services globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy, aligning with our international expansion plans.
- Stay up-to-date with our financial services, products, and markets to optimize our marketing mix.
- Conduct thorough research to understand our target audience and competition dynamics, informing powerful marketing insights.
- Collaborate with our marketing leadership to craft and execute full-year brand plans.
- Brief external agencies to deliver strategic, creative, and media work.
- Implement full-stack marketing plans and campaigns, including TV, OOH, print, audio, and digital.
- Partner with our in-house creative agency to design engaging landing pages and emails.
- Provide regular campaign reporting to management and key business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a brand/product management position, with a proven track record of developing and launching integrated marketing plans.
- Full professional proficiency in German and English/French.
- Experience working with external creative and media agencies.
- Ability to think strategically, create and implement marketing plans/brand briefs.
- Strong project, budget management, and problem-solving skills.
- Develop business acumen and create management-level presentations.
- Ability to learn on the go and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
- Passion for marketing, fintech, and financial markets.
- High energy, hard-working team player with a customer focus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Education to bachelor/master's degree level.
