Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Officer to join our team at Swissquote Bank SA.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and Manage Risks: Oversee and manage credit, market, and operational risks related to leverage and settlement forex activities.
- Daily Risk Controls: Perform daily risk controls, including monitoring of credit lines, bridge loans, debtors, and conducting daily forex stress tests.
- Trade Reconciliation: Reconcile spot trades, swaps, forwards, and forex CFDs on a daily and weekly basis.
- Client Reviews: Conduct annual reviews of institutional clients' financial statements and assess any special conditions granted to them.
- Process Improvement: Develop and automate existing risk controls to improve operational efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in a similar role is preferred (even internship experience).
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel; proficiency in Python is a significant advantage.
- Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written); knowledge of French is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
