We are seeking a highly skilled Disputes and Fraud Analyst to join our expanding business operations team at Swissquote Bank SA. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as an acute sense of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with our internal customer support team to resolve dispute requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Process dispute-related transactions in our internal and card scheme systems, including Visa and MasterCard platforms.
  • Review card transaction monitoring alerts to identify suspicious activity and flag potential issues.
  • Investigate and take immediate action on alerts, notifications, and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve issues on behalf of cardholders in support of dispute resolution processing, comparing alternative actions and deciding on the most appropriate approach.
  • Respond to requests related to transactions and maintain accurate records of investigation outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of all relevant card scheme rules and regulations.
  • Continuously explore new ways to improve existing fraud strategies and enhance our risk management capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in banking operations, with a strong background in risk management and compliance.
  • Knowledge of Visa and MasterCard dispute rules and regulations is highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
  • Able to manage stress and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of transactions.
