Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Card Management Officer to join our Middle-Office department. As a key member of our Card Management team, you will be responsible for managing our card solutions and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our card solutions provided by MasterCard, Wordline, Marqeta, and IDEMIA, ensuring high standards and practices are met.
- Deliver and implement PCI-DSS and auditability standards, ensuring compliance and security.
- Manage the full life cycle of cards, from issuance to termination, supporting the entire organization.
- Drive automation in our internal tools for card management activities.
- Monitor business performance, invoices, and support migration initiated by partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a banking operations department, with card management skills highly valued.
- Good knowledge of Visa and MasterCard guidelines, dispute rules, and regulations.
- Fluency in French and excellent command of English.
- Stress-resistant and strong learning capacity.
- Ability to assume multiple tasks, work under stress, and adapt to a changing environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Good communication, reliability, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Office Pack (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) and interest in technical tools.
