About Our Client

Michael Page - Switzerland is seeking an experienced Administrative Supporter to join their team in Purchasing and Procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and procurement, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and process purchase order requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality control
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Update and maintain contact information in the company's contact management system
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
  • Prepare and submit requisition requests for approval
  • Maintain accurate records and information on the company's intranet and other systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to suppliers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement administrative/support role
  • Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in identifying and resolving basic procurement-related issues
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to analyze data and generate reports using Excel
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
