Product Development Strategist

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to drive the development and success of our scaling geographically and feature-wise product offerings.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of product feature and business process expansion within ALSO, performing discovery and fit-gap analysis between different systems and processes, proposing and scaling components for each business purpose, managing rollout, and ensuring successful launch and scaling in existing and new countries.
Key Responsibilities:

- Managing rollout and ensuring successful launch and scaling in existing and new countries
- Cordinating scaling initiatives with stakeholders and functional departments
- Participating in product ownership teams driving product discovery, development, rollout, and measurement
- Communicating strategic product roadmaps based on customer and market needs
- Acknowledging and establishing measurements for current product state
- Introducing tools and measurements for product management metric tracking
- Driving quarterly roadmap plannings involving business stakeholders and technical teams
- Regular reporting of delivery and product state to stakeholders
- Ensuring product quality by monitoring state and creating reports
- Identifying areas for improvement, developing strategies, and executing business initiatives to increase customer reach
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
- Experience with business flow drawing tools
- Experience doing fit-gap analysis for choosing products for specific business processes
- Data-driven mindset making decisions based on data
- Experience with product measurement tools considered an advantage
- Experience as a business analyst considered an advantage
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance customer needs, market trends, and company objectives
- Experience with platform development, integration, and scalability
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Salary Estimate: €70,000 - €100,000 per annum depending on location and experience
