E-commerce Product Content Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Product Content Manager to join our team at ALSO. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content for our e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including feature releases and announcements, in collaboration with our product and development teams.
  • Create engaging on-screen guidance flows and automated platform guides to enhance user experience.
  • Own the What Fix tool for E-commerce platforms, designing and implementing content strategies to maximize automation possibilities and increase platform usage.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, ensuring content is always current and aligned with new features.
  • Manage the Release Notes process, ensuring timely and accurate communication of product updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to plan and execute new content initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality content in English, with the option to translate into German and/or French.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing projects and taking responsibility for content creation and maintenance.
  • Basic understanding of digital and content creation tools, with a focus on knowledge base systems and digital adoption tools.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and technical content.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English and German, with French as a plus.
