E-commerce Product Content Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Product Content Manager to join our team at ALSO. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content for our e-commerce platforms, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain articles in Confluence, Help juice, or other knowledge base tools
  • Develop and maintain content in What Fix: on-screen guidance flows, beacons, and smart tips
  • Own the What Fix tool for E-commerce platforms, creating content and leading projects to integrate What Fix and knowledge base for automation possibilities
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes to ensure content is always current and ready for new feature launches
  • Own the Release Notes process
  • Collaborate with teams across Europe to plan new content for What Fix
  • Create content in English, with the option to translate content to German and/or French
Requirements
  • Experience with managing and taking responsibility of projects and a basic understanding of how digital and content creation tools can work together
  • Previous experience in writing content about technical topics (troubleshooting guides, step-by-step instructions)
  • Experience with knowledge base systems
  • Experience with Digital Adoption Tools (onscreen guidance, smart content within an app) or a fast learner
  • Proven troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take responsibility and work efficiently
  • Fluent English and German, with French as a plus
