Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our payment product strategy, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Definition: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to customer portal management, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Requirements Engineering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring accurate product development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile principles and Scrum methodologies to drive product development, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Product Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical product documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency.

Requirements

  • English (German a plus)
  • Experience in product management within the payment industry
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset
  • In-depth knowledge of payment products and industry trends
  • Agile and Scrum methodologies expertise
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification
  • Experience as a Product Manager and Owner
  • Experience with customer experience and user interface design
