Job Summary

As a Securities Specialist at Kessler GmbH, you will be responsible for processing and booking securities transactions, handling corporate actions, and monitoring portfolio holdings. Your tasks will include:

  • Processing and booking of securities transactions (purchase/sale of stocks, bonds, funds, etc.)
  • Handling of corporate actions (dividend payments, capital increases, splits, mergers)
  • Monitoring and reconciliation of portfolio holdings, ensuring accurate data quality
  • Performing account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • Preparing reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders
  • Communication with banks, brokers, and other business partners

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification in finance
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in securities back office
  • Knowledge of securities processing and common financial instruments
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and financial software
  • Structured and precise working style
  • Ability to work independently, with flexibility and team spirit
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
